Terms & Conditions
1. Services
X-XII Media provides photography and media services including, but not limited to, real estate photography, event coverage, portrait sessions, and drone services. All services are delivered as agreed upon during booking or consultation.
2. Booking & Payment
A deposit may be required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the scheduled service unless otherwise agreed in writing.All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24–48 hours notice to reschedule a session.Deposits may be transferred to a new date if rescheduled within the allowed timeframe.Cancellations made without proper notice may result in loss of deposit.X-XII Media reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Turnaround Time
Edited photos and/or videos will be delivered within the agreed timeframe discussed during booking. Turnaround times may vary depending on the scope of the project.
5. Delivery of Content
Final media will be delivered digitally via online gallery, download link, or agreed platform. It is the client’s responsibility to download and store files upon delivery.
6. Usage Rights
X-XII Media retains the copyright to all images and media created.Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered content for personal or business use as agreed.Images may not be resold, altered, or redistributed without written permission.Commercial use beyond agreed terms may require additional licensing.
7. Creative Control
X-XII Media maintains full creative control over the style, composition, and editing of all content. By booking services, the client agrees to trust the photographer’s artistic judgment.
8. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:Ensuring access to locationsPreparing subjects or property securing any required permissions X-XII Media is not responsible for missed shots due to lack of preparation or restricted access.
9. Drone Services
Drone services are subject to:Weather conditionsFAA regulations and airspace restrictionsLocation permissionsIf drone use is restricted, alternative coverage will be provided when possible.
10. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide high-quality services, X-XII Media is not liable for circumstances beyond control, including equipment failure, weather conditions, or unforeseen issues.In the unlikely event of failure to deliver services, liability is limited to the amount paid.
11. Model Release
X-XII Media may use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the session.
12. Agreement
By booking services with X-XII Media, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
