Cancellation Policy
To secure your booking, a deposit or full payment WILL be required at the time of booking depending on the service selected. Cancellations or rescheduling MUST be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations made within 48 hours WILL be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows WILL be charged accordingly. All services are priced as “starting at” rates. Final pricing WILL be determined based on project details, including property size, location, duration, and any additional services requested. Travel outside of the Houston area WILL incur an additional travel fee. By booking with X-XII Media, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that all captured media MAY be used for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
